When The Tiger Smoked A Pipe
A visual identity created for exhibition shown in Seoul, South Korea. The exhibition consisted of seven works representing different aspects of the theme and title ‘When The Tiger Smoked A Pipe’. This is the Korean equivalent of the phrase ‘once upon a time’, and it is a common opening sentence of Korean fairytales. Visual identity had to embodied the theme of exhibition and core of new media artistic production. The core of new media art is to change viewer’s perception of the subject matter. Story narratives makes impossible to be possible, therefore I designed Korean script out of impossible shapes. Web page presents the digital realm of design and it has a distinctive new media look.
